Two of life’s essentials – music and beer. Fit together like two peas in a snug lil pod. Both can be enjoyed independently, but never as much as when enjoyed in harmony.
We’ve joined forces with our pals at Reform Radio to create a bespoke beer called Rhythm and Brews. Reform have provided the creative input into the recipe, and we have provided the technical know-how to bring it together. Reform wanted to make a beer that is accessible to their wide range of listeners and so chose to brew a lager. For a bit of pizazz, its dry hopped with Sorachi Ace and a touch of lemon.
Sam from Reform added, “For us it's not only a great opportunity to drink loads of beer but presents a unique opportunity to get our name out to ShinDigger's drinkers and we hope we can do the same for them through our audience. Thanks to the boys for asking us to do this, it's been a load of fun and a great opportunity.”
It’s been a joy to watch our friends Rach, Jemma and Sam grow Reform Radio over the last few years out of our shared co-working space in Old Granada Studios. For those not aware of their work, Reform Radio is an online radio station broadcasting the best in the arts, music and culture. Have a listen at www.reformradiostation.co.uk
The station is the face of Reform Radio. Behind the scenes they play a positive role in the local community by helping young people find employment in the creative sector.
Keep your eyes peeled for the Rhythm and Brews release in March. We’ll be celebrating with a party at our Ancoats HQ on 24th March, where Rhythm and Blues will be pouring and Reform’s finest deejays will be spinning tracks for your entertainment.
